Labor charges range between $150.00 and $600.00, depending on the size of the project. I will not set the labor charges until I have first discussed it with you and/or acquired an idea of what you need from your website, what you want for your website, who your website should reach, how long you want it to be operational, and how much you're willing to spend on your website. Also, I charge labor separately from the hosting/domain registration cost. After the original site is built, updates and changes can be made for a $10.00 minimum fee, plus $10.00 for every hour after the first one. To request updates, contact me at STCS: 361.668.4600

After services have been rendered, labor fees that have been previously paid are not refundable, and labor fees that remain due must be paid within a reasonable time-period. Reasonable amount of time may be defined through discussion between us, but I would prefer that it not exceed two months. Payments may be made in cash, check, or through online funds transfers (I have no way of accepting credit cards). For larger labor fees, I am willing to break up the payments into 2 or 3 separate payments.

In consideration of your use of my services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by this application. My services are not to be used to post any illegal or mature and/or graphic content, and I maintain the right to refuse future service to any previous customers who have posted such information on their own. If any of these conditions are violated, or I have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provided me information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, I maintain the right to withhold any and all current or future services from your account. I am concerned about the safety and privacy of all of my customers.

I need personal information about you, such as your mailing address, phone number, email address, and full details about your credit card in order to complete all registration requirements for your website. I will also be privy to all details concerning your account information and password(s). This information is collected solely for use in the registration of website hosting & domain services, as well as in the construction and editing of your website. Your information will not be rented, sold, or shared with any third parties and/or nonaffiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested. Information entrusted to me will only be used when I have your permission and/or when you are present to monitor its use.
